I AM STILL MAD!!!

I hate this company.. It has almost been a year and I still cringe, get teased by friends and get upset at what this company did to me. There is no point in sittind down to tell them pictures you would like, songs you want played, etc. They go by their own rules.. They are rude!!!!! We paid in full for all 3 services, never once did they have to chase us for one thing, but I literally BEGGED them for our proofs... and now I can't even pick out pictures because I am so mad. They are the most unprofessional company to deal with. PLEASE PLEASE do not use them. Richie came over to me and my husband after the ceremony and asked us to "do it over"..... we had to pretend to be in front of the priest and do our vows over because the camera fogged up during the original... OUR VOWS!!! -the most important part of the night. I normally am a laid back person and let things go, but I won't let this go. Something has to be done about this company. THEY ARE AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE!
