gown had spots all over & service

Very unorganzed service. Never had a private fitting. Appt was always hectic. When bridemaids picked up gowns. There were spots from the pressing all over the dress. Never noticed until the day of wedding. Trusted if the dress only needed pressing. I would receive an A-l job. We would never recommend this shop to any one. Unprofessional help. Owner always in her office on the phone. Never came out to see what was going on with her staff. Staff talked rudely about other customers. Precious Memories in Malden is the only shop to deal with. Forget this one.
