BAD SERVICE

I had a specific DJ for my party. First I recieved a call from this DJ at The Event Connection and he asked if he could bring his kids to the party, because something happened to the babysitter. I advised he the party was not children friendly and he ended up finding someone to watch his kids. When the DJ got there, it was not even the DJ that I booked. I got a completely different DJ that I had not even meet or talked to. As the night progress we offered him food and drink, he went to the cooler and instead of getting a soda or water, he pulled out a beer and then went and got another one. I had paid the company extra money to have the DJ stay 2 more hours till 11when I originally booked, he came to me at 9 and told me that it was time to wrap up. I advised him that I had him until 11, and showed him the contract. He told me that he was not told that and he had to go get his children. When calling the Event Connection after the party to discuss what had happened, I did not receive a phone call back. This was very BAD BUSINESS! Think before you book with this company!
